What the Job Involves As an Experienced Social Worker, you will be part of a dedicated pod consisting of 5 Social Workers and 1 Manager. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, both parenting and comprehensive, to formulate outcome-focused care plans in collaboration with children and their families. You will engage in care proceedings, manage both private and public court processes, and work efficiently within court timelines to achieve permanency plans, including adoption. You will be required to navigate complex risk scenarios and document evidence-based analysis of your interventions.
