My client is urgently looking to recruit a Senior Process Technologist on a twelve-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
You must be available to start within the next 6 weeks to apply. My client produces chilled food products for the major retailers. So if you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, this is the company for you.
They have a large process team; you will report to the Process Development Manager and manage a team of five Process Technologists. The role is Monday-Friday, Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects to successfully deliver product trials in accordance with both the company and customer requirements.
Accountabilities:
* Effective team management managing and developing through PDP’s
* Supporting innovation & improvement plans in line with business objectives.
* Interaction with cross-functional departments to deliver the launch of successful products using influence to achieve project timescales.
* Manage the completion of trials against the plan, in line with the business critical paths.
* Take part in customer panels (internal and external) in readiness for customer approval, ensuring they are in compliance with Business and customer expectations.
* Proactive planning and management of the critical path showing a 3 – 6 month plan in place.
