Required Skills & Qualifications
* 7+ years in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in lead designer role.
* Proven portfolio showcasing design projects for web and mobile platforms.
* Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
* Experience with RESTful APIs and MuleSoft integration.
* Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
* Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

Technical Skills:
* Experience in government or citizen-facing projects.
* Understanding of API-led connectivity and MuleSoft architecture.
* Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
* Added advantage knowing AI-Powered & Emerging Tools
* Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
Preferred Qualifications & Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Experience with design systems and component libraries.
* Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
* Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
