Hours of Work:
5. 37 Hours per week
6. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Job Duties:
7. Project and programme management.
8. Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
9. Managing risks, timelines, reporting, and governance processes.
10. Communication and engagement with senior management, colleagues and internal and external stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
Essential Criteria:
11. Experience in managing third party contracts, monitoring KPIs and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational performance.
12. Competence in research, analysis and drafting of briefing material for staff at senior levels and comfort in making written and oral presentations.
13. Ability to interpret and evaluate the implementation of legislation.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
A working knowledge of the Tb programme and how the Department engages with the private veterinary sector to meet mutual goals and the development of NIFAIS. Some prior experience managing large budgets and identifying efficiencies.
