An exciting opportunity to join the governance function of a large, internationally operating group with a listed parent. Based in the UK and reporting to the Assistant Company Secretary, this role supports a broad portfolio of UK and overseas entities. It offers valuable exposure to cross-border governance, corporate transactions, and senior internal stakeholders. You’ll be part of a collaborative and well-established team, with clear progression routes and support for professional development. Key Responsibilities Maintain statutory records and entity management systems across multiple jurisdictions Draft board and shareholder resolutions, Companies House filings, and corporate documentation Support entity lifecycle events including incorporations, closures, and reorganisations Coordinate document execution, including notarisation, legalisation, and powers of attorney Provide governance documentation to support projects, bids, and internal approvals Assist with onboarding of entities following M&A activity Key Requirements 2-5 years’ experience in a company secretarial or governance role Good understanding of UK company law and exposure to international entities Strong organisational and drafting skills, with high attention to detail Confident working with stakeholders and managing competing priorities Experience with entity management tools such as Diligent Entities or Blueprint Desirable Part-qualified or studying towards Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) qualification Experience supporting a listed or multinational group What’s on Offer Direct support from the Deputy Company Secretary within a friendly, experienced team Hybrid working and flexibility tailored to a modern governance environment Exposure to international structures and senior-level engagement Professional development support and clear internal progression pathways This is an ideal next step for a governance professional seeking variety, responsibility, and long-term growth within a global business.
