Area Sales Manager – Field-Based (North West)
Location: Cumbria, Liverpool, Manchester, Oldham, Preston, Stoke, Wigan

We’re looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to own and grow a key territory. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on meeting customers, closing deals, and building lasting relationships.
What you’ll do:
* Hit the ground running with a clear territory sales plan targeting industrial and construction clients.
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and aim for 8 face-to-face meetings per day.
* Win new business, grow existing accounts, and negotiate deals within guidelines.
* Work closely with local service teams to ensure customers are delighted.
* Keep CRM accurate and report on progress.#
Who you are:
* Proven field sales experience in industrial, construction, MRO, or technical services.
* Confident, personable, and great at building relationships.
* Strong territory and account management skills.
* Full UK driving licence and happy to travel daily.
