As the Senior ITSupport Engineer you will work with customers as the face of thecompany in a growing helpdesk function. Day-to-day, you'll bemanaging your time between delivering rapid solutions to complexproblems to building long-term solutions that deliver permanentimprovements to clients.
Key Responsibilities of the SeniorIT SupportEngineer
* Engage withcustomers to provide first-contact technical support to M365products and end-users.
* Function as a mentor,coach and guide to junior members of theteam
* Conduct installation, migration anddeployment projects
* Maintain comprehensive logsof events, problems, and resolutions in the ticketing system andprovide regular updates to thecustomer.
* Escalate unresolved issues to theappropriate support personnel.
* Manage end-pointdevices via the use of remote monitoring and management tools(RMM).
* Assist with cybersecurity and riskmitigation.
* Update and preserve knowledge basearticles and technical documentation.
* Travel toclient sites on occasion to deliver on-sitesupport.
Experience Required for the SeniorIT Support EngineerRole
* Significantexperience with M365, Microsoft Cloud, ActiveDirectory
* Experience of remote accesstechnologies
* Familiarity with basic networkingprotocols
