They are now seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes at one of our flagship automated production sites. In this role, you will be at the heart of driving operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to optimise processes, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the site. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver site-wide continuous improvement projects to enhance operational performance and efficiency. Analyse processes, systems, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities in productivity, cost reduction, and service delivery. Perform costs studies, economic comparisons and justification analyses Optimise the use of floor space, materials, personnel and equipment. Drive a culture of problem-solving, innovation, and accountability through effective coaching and training.
