In conjunction with the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Front Office Receptionists and Duty Managers deliver the highest level of customer care, encouraging guests to return time and again.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Front Office Manager by overseeing daily operations of Reception, Duty Manager, and Night shifts
* Developing and implementing departmental strategies to enhance customer performance and service excellence
* Being highly visible during peak guest demand periods to deliver a comprehensive lobby experience
* Achieving monthly Net Promoter and Guest Review Index targets during arrival, stay, and departure
* Handling guest issues responsibly and effectively
* Coaching team members for improvement and development
* Managing the department in the absence of the Manager
* Maintaining communication between key departments
* Generating ideas to drive the business forward
Attention to detail is essential to maintain consistent standards. This leadership role is vital to the hotel's operation and the service provided to our guests before, during, and after their stay. Candidate Profile
