We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Deputy Head of Asset Management to lead a mutli-disciplinary team in supporting the effective running of Facilities Maintenance and Compliance by transforming the approach to managing performance and condition of assets and embracing the digital future.

Key Responsibilities
As Deputy Head of Asset Management reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will:
1. Manage the delivery of FMC core supporting teams to ensure effective running of FMC operations.
2. To provide budgeting, administration, financial monitoring and processing systems support service for all the FMC operations. The FMC has 202 staff and a recurring operational budget of £45.5m.
