Key Responsibilities
Operational & Estimation Support
* Provide accurate stock availability and standard lead time information to internal teams.
* Assist with preparing packing specifications, including dimensions and weight details.
* Update order tracking information and maintain accurate status records.
* Maintain logs of internal queries and follow up as required.
* Liaise with warehouse personnel to obtain product or stock information.
* Escalate complex operational queries to senior team members where necessary.
