Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Administrator:
1. Manage and maintain candidate relationships by fulfilling needs and expectations.
2. Source skilled candidates with the right qualifications and experience.
3. Handle candidate administration, including timesheets and right-to-work documentation.
4. Provide exceptional service to ensure repeat business and positive recommendations.
The ideal candidate:
1. Has proven experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service, with a results-oriented approach.
2. Is motivated, ambitious, and aspiring to managerial roles.
3. Possesses excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via email.
