Role Responsibilities:
* Preparation of hot and cold food for breakfast service to the highest standard
* Running sections of the kitchen during service

* Assisting as necessary with stock control and identifying methods for improving food service
* Ensuring kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned and relevant health and hygiene procedures are followed at all time
