Role Overview:
We are offering an exciting internship for an aspiring Recruitment Consultant. This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong emphasis on business development. You will gain hands-on experience in winning new clients, managing the full recruitment cycle, and closing placements. High performers interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with a competitive basic salary and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and referrals
* Support in achieving monthly sales targets
* Assist in selling recruitment services and closing job briefs
* Participate in the full 360 recruitment cycle (client + candidate)
* Source, screen, and submit candidates under guidance
* Coordinate interviews and support placements
* Maintain accurate records using Excel and email
* Contribute to pipeline building and deal-closing activities
* Conduct research on employment & labor law to ensure compliance during the hiring process.
* Help coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and employee relations activities
* Support the recruitment team with contracts, employee onboarding, and succession planning activities.
* Assist with social media management to promote job openings and employer branding.
* Participate in training & development programs to enhance recruiting skills such as negotiation, interviewing, and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Passion for recruitment and business development
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
