Waitlist Coordinator - Adult Gender Service

The shift pattern for this post is Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑16:30.
This post is instrumental to the service as it provides administrative capability to contact patients about lengthy wait times, identify long waits on the list, and analyze wait‑list data trends.
The Gender Service at Sandyford offers a comprehensive service for people uncertain about their gender identity or expression, including medical and surgical treatments. The post holder will support the administrative and secretarial team with patient communications, wait‑list management, and data collection and presentation, playing a key role in the Sandyford Gender Wait‑List Initiative.
* Provide patient communications regarding wait times.
* Identify and analyze long waits on the wait list.
* Collect and present data trends for the service.
* Support operational management of the gender wait‑list initiative.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience in people management (essential).
* Knowledge of Office 365 (essential).
* Good organisational and communication skills.
* Experience with HSCP desirable but not essential.
