We have exciting growth plans for the future and are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator to join us on our journey. This is an office based Monday to Friday position.

About the job

A fantastic position has become available for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our rapidly growing department based in Ringwood. Reporting to the Sales & Lettings Manager, the Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing the end to end sales process of retirement apartments across the country.

As the Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:

3. Generating, booking and conducting market appraisals
4. Generating, arranging and following up viewings
5. Negotiating the best possible price for our Vendors
6. Keeping Vendors up to date with the marketing of their property
7. Sales Progression
8. Assisting in the preparation of marketing literature
9. Working closely with Lodge Managers and Contractors across the country to generate additional business
10. Communicating the lifestyle benefits of Churchill Living
11. Prepare marketing brochures for each property
12. In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the job holder may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Sales & Lettings Manager from time to time

About You

This role is perfect for a motivated, successful, and experienced Negotiator who is looking to join a forward thinking, supportive company with a strong desire for expansion. Our new colleague will be able to communicate effectively, be driven to achieve and exceed targets, and willing to go the extra mile to support our buyers and sellers.

You will have excellent computer skills, be able to manage and prioritise your workload at all times and be self-motivated.

Previous property experience is essential for this role, as is a demonstrable knowledge of current legislation. Full training and support will be given, as will the opportunity to gain professional qualifications.
