Overview We're looking for an experienced Group Parts Manager to oversee parts operations across three sites, based out of Avonmouth. This is a senior role for a candidate with strong parts management experience, a full driving licence, and the willingness to travel regularly. You'll be responsible for driving profitability, maintaining standards, and leading parts teams across the group. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage parts operations across all three sites, ensuring consistency and profitability. Lead, motivate, and develop parts team members at each location. Set and monitor parts sales targets, ensuring budgets are achieved. Maintain high stock accuracy and control across all sites. Implement and monitor parts processes, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Liaise with site managers and senior leadership on performance and strategy. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards across all parts departments. What You'll Need Proven experience as a Parts Manager, preferably at group or multi-site level. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to all three sites regularly. Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. Commercial vehicle parts knowledge is highly advantageous.
