Office & Client Support Administrator

£12.50 per hour to start
What Ethero are looking For:
Manage a busy reception area
First point of contact for incoming telephone calls
Pre-Screen & Interviewing
Making sure that all compliance is adhered in line with GDPR
Greet and manage all walk in enquiries from the public in a polite and professional manor
Entering large amount of data into an in-house CRM system
Weekly Timed - Admin
Occasional Client Visits

Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 17:00
Friday 08:30 to 16:00
Experience Required:
Administration experience required
Clear and Concise Communication Skills
High accuracy and attention to detail
IT literate to include ALL Microsoft office packages
Ability to remain professional under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Methodical mind-set
Positive attitude to completing tasks to a high quality
Full UK driving licence and own transport required
This job is commutable from the following areas, Hanley, Stoke on Trent, Longton, Fenton, Burslem, Tunstall, Meir, Newcastle under Lyme and surrounding areas.
