This role sits within a specialist Risk Management Services team that provides practical, proportionate advice to help clients manage risk,ply with legislation, and protect people and property.
Your New Role
You’ll join the business as a Health & Safety Consultant, working in a pivotal, client-facing role across the Midlands and East region, with a focus on Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Leicestershire .
This is a field-based, home-working position ,bining client site visits with remote working for reporting and administration. You’ll deliver a tailored Health & Safety consultancy service across a varied client base includingmercial, agricultural, retail, estates and leisure organisations.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing practical Health & Safety advice and guidance aligned to current legislation
2. Conducting site visits, audits, inspections and remote surveys
3. Producing high-quality, professional reports, action plans and risk assessments
4. Translatingplex legislative requirements into clear, actionable client guidance
5. Building strong relationships with clients, internal colleagues and external bodies
6. Managing your own workload effectively to meet SLAs and KPIs

What You’ll Need to Succeed
You’ll be an experienced and confident Health & Safety professional with a strong consultancy mindset and excellent writtenmunication skills.
Essential and desirable requirements include:
7. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), or actively working towards it
8. A full UK driving licence
9. Proven experience in a Health & Safety role, ideally includingmercial and/or agricultural environments
10. Excellent report-writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, proportionate and practical documentation
11. Strong stakeholder engagement and customer-focusedmunication
12. The ability to work independently, managepeting priorities, and meet performance targets
