Logistics/Distribution Controller
Monday-Friday
1. Please note flexibility on start time is required for this role, to cover holidays
Staffline are keen to speak with administrators, planners, Controllers, Co-ordinators who have worked in Logistics/Distribution/Manufacturing sectors
In your new role as Logistics, Distribution Controller, you will provide efficient support to the warehouse management team, to ensure all Customers receive an excellent service.
In your role:
2. Administer dispatch process
3. Support managing the goods flow pipeline for finished goods from production to dispatch
4. Investigate stock
5. Monitor outbound delivery schedules
6. Manage and file all paperwork to ensure compliance to ISO, and FSC Collate date for KPI reporting daily
7. Control of daily inventory checks.
8. Monthly stock checks
9. Generate daily, monthly reports
10. Conduct handovers
11. Support with people management
12. Back to work checks, interviews
13. Attend team meetings
To be considered for this role:
14. Experience in a similar role
15. Stock control experience
16. Excellent IT & Admin Skills
17. WMS experience
18. Great Communication skills, verbal and written
19. The ability to build strong relationships
20. Team-worker
21. Organised, the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise
22. Customer service skills
23. Trouble-shooting skills
24. Health & Safety awareness
25. A passion for learning, developing skills
