Responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within your designated section.
Being responsible for the kitchen team and reporting to the company executive chef
Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking processes as needed.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment in the kitchen.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or kitchen environment is essential
Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Experience in cooking, meal preparation, or working in a restaurant setting is beneficial.
