The breadth of expertise and depth of experience in tranScrip allows efficient teams to be formed to provide support to contracts ranging from simple advice to coordinating large development programmes.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing, Content & Social Media
* Develop and manage the social media calendar in alignment with marketing strategy.
* Monitor social engagement and track KPIs (impressions, reach, CTRs, etc.).
* Lead the development of digital marketing assets including graphics, videos, and interactive content (Canva/Moovly).
* Develop and distribute company newsletters, mailers and other communications
* Support the creation of thought leadership content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
* Assist with reputation management and corporate messaging across media.
* Benchmarking against competitors and competitor research
Campaign Execution
* Support with the development and delivery of campaigns (email, paid, social, webinars, podcasts etc).
* Ensure marketing campaigns meet commercial objectives and maintain brand consistency.
Website & SEO
* Upload and update website content (WordPress)
* Apply SEO best practices to optimise web pages for improved search engine visibility.
* Track site analytics and support technical improvements in collaboration with IT or vendors.
Congress & Event Marketing
* Support congress planning, logistics, booth design, and promotional materials.
Budget & Reporting
* Support budget planning
* Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor spend, ROI, and campaign timelines.
Experience Required
* 6–12 months of experience in a marketing role (Life Sciences/Pharma industry preferred but open to any industry)
* Exposure to digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, or content creation.
* Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Moovly or similar).
* Some experience supporting or understanding of marketing campaigns or events (e.g. webinars, newsletters, trade shows).
* Competent in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); Google Workspace a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
