Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers. Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed Seasonal: 22 February 2026 until 31 May 2026 Rota: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00-17:00 with alternate weekends Saturday and Sunday 10:00-17:00Main duties and responsibilities: Complete Shop floor tasks, which include heavy lifting Off-loading deliveries from lorries and vans Using the EPOS system to book in and receive stock, and will involve a high level of accuracy The role may require some driving and therefore applicants must have a full clean driving licence Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action A forklift licence would also be an advantage To be successful in this role, we are looking for people: Good friendly manner Good interpersonal skills Willing to learn
