About the Role:
Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist – 12-Month FTC
Nottingham (West Bridgford / Castle Boulevard / Vic Centre) – includes weekend working
We’re looking for a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you’ll:
1. Manage your own clinics across multiple Nottingham locations.
2. Deliver customer-focused Hearingcare solutions with confidence and compassion.
3. Act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and aftercare.
4. Recommend tailored solutions from our full product portfolio, helping customers improve their quality of life through better hearing.

As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will:
16. Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service
17. Conduct full hearing assessments and safely perform BSA-recommended procedures
18. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
19. Meet appointment and sales targets
20. Promote Hearingcare services and generate in-store demand
21. Keep up to date with CPD and professional development
Person Specification:
22. BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification
23. HCPC registration (essential)
24. 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
25. Consistent, high clinical audit results
26. Strong track record of CPD and meeting commercial targets
27. Excellent communication and organisational skills
