Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to support our busy Manchester office.
Key responsibilities:
* Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments, and liaise with attendees, both internal and external.
* Support Business Assistant with event and meeting management.
* Make arrangements for large external and internal meetings (not Director diary management).
* Support travel booking queries.
* Monitor post and ensure all client-related correspondence is forwarded to the appropriate Director when necessary.
* Enter, maintain, and update client details and relevant information on company databases as requested.
* Handle basic client queries and general administration tasks.
* Assist with cost centre finance invoicing, purchase ledger, etc., as directed.
* Support wider office administration team, including bids, as required.
* Provide reception cover as directed.
* Provide company system support and local IT assistance upon request.
Qualifications
Essential technical criteria:
* Experience with basic finance administration/systems, e.g., invoicing, purchase ledger.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* General administration experience.
* Customer service and client-facing skills.
