Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to Directors
Location: Leeds City Centre, hybrid working

* Key Responsibilities: Manage complex electronic diaries for multiple Directors, arranging internal and external appointments and ensuring all relevant details (location, virtual links, papers, etc.) are included.
* Prepare and coordinate Board packs, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and distributed in advance of meetings.
* Assist the PA to the Boards in preparing high-quality presentations and reports.
* Handle incoming calls and visitors, acting as a professional first point of contact and managing queries efficiently.
* Take accurate minutes at meetings and maintain action trackers to ensure timely follow-up.
* Organise meetings, book rooms, and coordinate catering and refreshments as required.
* Provide administrative support for internal events and Director travel and accommodation arrangements.
About You:
* Significant experience as an Executive Assistant / PA, with proven experience preparing Board packs and supporting senior leadership teams.
* Confident and advanced user of Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in creating professional presentations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
