Delivering excellent customer service by processing a range of pension-related tasks including address changes, valuations, quotations, policy amendments, and more.
Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
Taking ownership of your personal development through training and continuous learning.
Identifying and escalating risks, complaints, and breaches in a timely manner.
DB Pensions Administration experience.
Experience handling pension authorisations.
Strong numeracy and data input skills
Proficiency with telephone and computer systems.
