Hours: 16 hours per week
Availability: Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential.
Salary:£10 – £12.21 per hour
Age Requirement: Must be 18+ due to age‑restricted sales such as tobacco and alcohol.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer experience by serving customers in a professional and friendly manner.
* Maintain the highest store standards at all times.
* Create an exceptional working environment for the team.
* Ensure stock is replenished regularly and other regular tasks are completed efficiently.
Team Leader
Hours: 16 hours per week (h/w)
Availability: Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential.
Salary:£13 per hour
Age Requirement: Must be 18+ due to age‑restricted sales such as tobacco and alcohol.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer experience to every customer.
* Create an exceptional working environment for all colleagues.
* Prioritise workload to ensure store standards are exceptional, and motivate the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Forge strong links with the local community and host local events.
* Ensure a clean, swift, and efficient operation – complying with health & safety as well as other processes and procedures.
