Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE)

⏰ Hours: 37.5 per week
Working Pattern:
* Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
* Friday: 08:00 – 13:30 (Early finish!)

We’re working closely with a leading aerospace manufacturer based in Redditch who are looking for an experienced MIG Fabricator to join their growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a MIG Fabricator, you’ll be responsible for:
* Performing MIG welding to a high standard across various metals.
* Fabricating components and structures from engineering drawings.
* Accurately reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
* Using a range of hand tools, fabrication equipment, and measuring instruments.
* Ensuring all products meet strict aerospace quality standards.
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment.

* Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings.
