We’re looking for a Customer Relations Manager to lead the enquiries process and champion the customer journey across two exceptional care homes in Canterbury and Margate. In this pivotal, dual-site role, you’ll be the face of the service guiding families with warmth, clarity and confidence as they explore care options for their loved ones. What You’ll Be Doing: Act as the dedicated first point of contact for all care enquiries offering expert guidance with empathy, warmth, and professionalism Manage and monitor the CRM system to ensure all leads are accurately tracked, nurtured, and progressed Deliver engaging, memorable home tours and train colleagues to ensure a consistently high-quality visitor experience Maintain showroom standards and ensure all marketing materials are fresh, professional, and on-brand Lead community engagement activity to drive awareness and build strong referral relationships Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate assessments, admissions, and contracting, ensuring a seamless experience Support and grow the home’s online reputation, managing reviews and digital visibility Analyse CRM data to generate insights, improve conversion rates, and identify local marketing opportunities Represent the homes at internal and external events, acting as a true ambassador for the services Why Join Us? What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year’s experience in a sales or customer service role with performance targets Previous experience in the care sector is an advantage, but not essential A natural communicator with a warm, confident manner and a customer-first approach Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities IT literate with experience using CRM tools and reporting dashboards Self-motivated, energetic, and driven by results A-Levels or a degree desirable but not essential All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS/PVG check About us: You’ll be joining a values-led care home that’s part of the Care Concern Group, a family-owned provider with over 100 care homes across the UK.
