Based in Essex, we're a trusted national provider of Live-in Care Services, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our friendly team.
About the Role:
As a Live-in Care Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Live-in Care customers receive the best possible care. You'll be a guiding light for our care team, helping them deliver the high standards we're known for. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Building strong relationships with customers, families, and healthcare professionals
- Leading efforts to bring in new customers and carers
- Working closely with our care coordinator to manage schedules and activities
- Checking in on carers and offering support as needed
- Visiting customers to ensure they're happy with the care they're receiving
- Dealing with enquiries, arranging assessments, and creating care plans
- Keeping an eye on carer paperwork and taking action when needed
- Keeping records up to scratch and making sure we're following all the rules
About You:
We are particularly keen to hear from individuals who come from a solid care background, either you are a senior carer already or you are an experienced and competent carer ready to take the next step up, or a care supervisor seeking a more fulfilling role with less on-call duties.

Requirements:
- Good education background; extra qualifications are a bonus
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a similar field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire others
- Great communication and people skills
- Good at managing your time and getting things done
- A problem-solver who pays attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and software like Microsoft Office

Work Schedule:
- Core days are Monday to Friday between 8.30 am- 5pm
- On call rota, 1 in 5 weeks
