Interim Workforce Analyst
6 Month Contract (Open to FTC or Day rate)
Liverpool (Travel into the office 2 - 3 times per week)
* Develop and deliver regular workforce dashboards reports aligned with organisational KPIs, People Strategy, Corporate Development service plan and statutory reporting requirements (e.g., headcount, turnover, absence, EDI, recruitment, pay, and learning data) using MHR reporting tools, Power BI, and other analytical platforms
* Produce bespoke analysis for senior leaders, across Corporate Development and the wider organisation, ensuring insight is clear, actionable and aligned to organisational priorities
* Identify patterns, trends and emerging workforce risks, providing narrative interpretation and recommendations
* Work with the HR systems team to develop, automate and continuously improve workforce analytics capabilities within the MHR and associated Corporate Development systems
* Act as a subject-matter expert for workforce reporting tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, MHR People Analytics or similar modules
* Develop and implement data-quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of workforce information for example through workforce data audits
* Provide training, guidance and support to colleagues on the use of dashboards, workforce reports, and analytical tools
* Contribute to workforce planning activities by providing intelligence on trends, forecasts, and future workforce risks
* Develop scenario modelling and predictive analytics to inform strategic decision-making
* Support on the delivery of audit recommendations, FOIs/DSARs and benchmarking exercises
