We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated individual, to take on an exciting opportunity in the role of Support Worker. Key Responsibilities: The role of Support Worker with The Salvation Army is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for clients. As a motivated and dynamic Support Worker you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. Successful candidate will have: Address client support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles. Be able to work as part of a team, supporting colleague across the centre to deliver high quality support. Be proactive in taking on duty management responsibilities and assisting in the successful operation of the Lifehouse.
