Customer Agent – Collections
Location: Kilmarnock (Hybrid after 3 months)
Salary: £25,000 + monthly bonus

As a Collections Agent, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, working with customers to help them clear their debts and move forward positively. You’ll receive first-class training, ongoing support, and clear progression opportunities – all while earning a competitive salary plus monthly performance bonuses.
