Transport Administrator
Location: Crewe
Duration: Temp - Perm
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 4 days on, 4 off.
An excellent oppiortunity has become available for an experienced Transport Administrator to join a friendly and dynamic team in the Crewe area.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who is wanting to take their experience to the next level.
Key Duties:
* Coordinate daily transport schedules and maintain accurate records
* Input and manage data into transport management systems
* Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other departments
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Monitor and resolve transport-related queries and issues promptly
* Prepare and analyse reports for management as needed
Key Skills Required:
* Previous experience in a transport or logistics administration role is desirable
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
