West London NHS Trust is looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Local Services Central Operations team as a Business Support Officer – Patient & Staff Services.
This is an exciting new role that will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of essential support services across the Trust. You will work closely with operational managers, corporate teams, and external partners to coordinate and manage a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, including:
·Patient and staff transport
·Section 12 Mental Health Act payment administration
·Lone working devices and staff safety systems
·CCTV access and governance
·Data analysis and performance monitoring
Your work will directly contribute to the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of services, supporting both patient care and staff wellbeing.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking an individual with strong organisational and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work across complex systems. You will be comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, PowerBI and other platforms, and confident in preparing high-quality reports and presentations.
