Central Employment is working with a leading services provider to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Campaign Executive to join their in-house Marketing, Communications, and Events team.
Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Campaign Executive will lead digital marketing campaigns, focusing on performance marketing and PPC analytics to support strategic, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and support membership growth, ensuring effective budgeting and timing.
* Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including search and display advertising.
* Utilizing Google Tag Manager for setting up triggers, tags, and custom conversions.
* Monitoring and reporting campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
* Collaborating across teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, well-executed, and data-driven.
* Driving email marketing, SEO, website optimization, and automation efforts.
* Creating targeted content for paid and organic social media campaigns, including ads, carousels, and videos.
* Managing paid and organic social media campaigns via LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, optimizing content, monitoring budgets, ROI, and KPIs.
* Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for lead nurturing and member acquisition, utilizing automation tools.
* Supporting the ongoing development of acquisition strategies.
Experience required:
* Proven experience in planning and executing high-impact B2B multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency with WordPress and content management systems.
* Experience setting up and managing Google Tag Manager and event tracking.
* Strong skills in GA4 and data-driven decision making.
* Experience with LinkedIn paid campaigns, especially lead generation and audience building (matched audiences).
* Ability to manage relationships across various organizational levels.
* In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
