We are looking to recruit a Youth Justice Case Manager in the Youth Justice Team within Tower Hamlets. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team that is growing its social worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the Youth Justice Case Manager include:
* Engaging and developing positive, trusting relationships with children and their families from diverse backgrounds.
* Building relationships with children and families, which are pivotal to all aspects of youth justice practice.
* Managing cases of children aged 10-17 who have received community or custodial sentences from the Court.
* Undertaking high-quality assessments and devising individualized intervention plans tailored to children's needs, positively impacting their desistance from offending, safety, and public protection.
* Delivering the best outcomes for children in Tower Hamlets and the City of London.
* Following 'child first' principles, collaborating with children, families, and multi-agency partners.
* Having a good understanding of trauma-informed, restorative justice, and relational approaches.
* Working within a multi-disciplinary team including speech and language therapists, substance misuse practitioners, police, mental health clinicians, education officers, and therapeutic practitioners.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in Youth Justice
* Asset+ experience
* Eligibility to work in the UK
