Commercial Manager roles and responsibilities:
* Managing projects from work-winning stage through to final accounts
* Client and consultant management
* Preconstruction set-up and cost planning
* Resource management - building quality teams across all projects
* Reporting to the Board
Commercial Manager experience required:
* Minimum 5 years of Commercial Manager experience
* Experience with top Main Contractors or Client-Side Consultancies
* Excellent NEC contract knowledge
* Degree educated or equivalent
* Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
