Each county has its own dedicated Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). The service is commissioned to improve the immediate medical response and aftercare for victims of sexual assault and rape. Mountain Healthcare, a specialist provider, already supports 20 other SARCs across the UK.
In this role, you will be part of a team of Crisis Workers on a zero-hours contract, primarily covering out-of-office hours, including nights and weekends.

Salary:
Shift retainer of £30.56 Monday - Friday and £40.24 Saturday - Sunday, plus an attendance payment of £15.85 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours per case.
Rota Patterns:
9am-5pm, 5pm-1am, and 1am-9am, covering days, nights, and weekends.
