Protocol Education is recruiting an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs within a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver 1:1 and group support
* Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
* Encourage engagement and independence
* Assist with interventions and classroom activities
Requirements:
* Experience working with children
* Strong communication skills
* Passion for supporting SEN learners
* DBS on the Update Service preferred
