Paid Leave: Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Sick pay. What You’ll Do Design creative assets for print, digital campaigns, social media, websites, events, and out-of-home advertising. Support the delivery of impactful marketing collateral, from prospectuses and banners to billboards and branded merchandise. Work closely with the marketing, outreach, and campus teams to ensure brand consistency across all outputs. Collaborate with printers and production teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Contribute to the evolution of our brand visuals while maintaining guidelines and tone of voice. Keep up-to-date with design trends and youth culture to ensure our visuals remain current and exciting. What You Bring Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and InDesign (Illustrator and Premiere Pro are a plus). A portfolio that shows creative thinking and attention to detail across both digital and print. A degree or equivalent qualification/experience in Graphic Design or a related field. A keen eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling. Great communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to take feedback and grow. An interest in youth culture, education, and visual trends Bonus: Familiarity with working with print suppliers or handling production processes. Why Join Us?
