Key Responsibilities
* Supporting and supervising care staff in the community
* Conducting spot checks, reviews, and care assessments
* Ensuring high standards of care and compliance
* Liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Creating and updating person‑centred care plans
What we’re looking for
* Experience in domiciliary care
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Passion for delivering outstanding person‑centred care
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working toward it)
