Pay Rate: £95-£120 per day (dependent on experience)

We're working in partnership with secondary schools across Kettering who are offering Graduate Teacher Training pathways starting ASAP or from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical classroom experience while developing the core skills needed to progress into a PGCE, SCITT, QTS, or teacher apprenticeship programme.
About the Role
This full-time, paid position provides aspiring teachers with valuable classroom exposure, dedicated mentorship, and ongoing professional development. You'll support experienced teachers, gradually take on more responsibility, and grow confident in lesson delivery, behaviour management, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver pre-planned lessons under the direction of qualified teachers
2. Support students across various year groups and subject areas
3. Provide targeted one-to-one or small group interventions
4. Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
5. Assist with lesson planning, classroom preparation, and administrative tasks
6. Build essential classroom experience to enhance teacher training applications
