We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our 3-bed children's home. This role offers the chance to provide leadership and guidance to the staff team while delivering outstanding care for children with EBD.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and mentor staff in daily care practices.
* Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted standards are met.
* Support the Registered Manager in running the home efficiently.
* Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience supervising staff in children's residential care.
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards).
* Strong understanding of child-centred care and safeguarding.
