Key Responsibilities: Providing telephone and email advice to clients on HR and employment law issues. Acting as the main consultant across a portfolio of clients Preparing and reviewing documentation such as employment contracts, policies, procedures, and handbooks. Delivering and on-site support for HR actions including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and TUPE. Designing and delivering training sessions, webinars and seminars.
