Teaching Assistant – Full Time | September Start | CF14 About the Role: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you'll provide dedicated support to an individual pupil, building a positive and trusting relationship that helps them feel confident, valued, and able to succeed both in and out of the classroom. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who understands the difference that patience, consistency, and encouragement can make to a young person's confidence, well being, and development. Based in a supportive school within the CF14 area, you'll play an important role in helping a pupil access learning, overcome barriers, and reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: Providing dedicated one-to-one support throughout the school day. Supporting the pupil's academic, social, and emotional development. Adapting learning activities to suit individual needs. Encouraging engagement, participation, and independence. Assistant class teacher with general classroom duties The ideal candidate will be: Patient, empathetic, and resilient. Confident building positive relationships with children and young people. Passionate about supporting pupils with additional learning needs. Able to remain calm and adaptable in different situations.
