You will help with guests seeking assistance with reservations, local recommendations, and special requests. Your expertise and warm hospitality will ensure that each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience at Homewood. As Guest Relations Host what you'll be doing Ensure our guests have a delightful and unique experience consistent with our hotel's playful style and brand. Provide personalized recommendations on dining, entertainment, and local attractions. Maintain a strong presence in public areas, engaging with guests to ensure their needs are met. Supporting the guest relations team on check-in and check-out. Work closely with the Guest Relations team to ensure seamless service. Supporting F&B with clearing trays and hotel amenities.
