Teesside Hospice is seeking an HR, volunteering and governance leader to shape the future of end-of-life care for the Tees Valley community.
The successful candidate will lead the HR function, oversee volunteer management, and implement governance policies. You must have strategic HR experience and knowledge of volunteer management. Experience in healthcare governance is desirable. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality palliative care across multiple sites.
