About the Role
Join our vibrant team as a lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you monitor the pool and flumes, all while engaging with guests and delivering top-notch customer service.
In this role, you'll not only keep our guests safe but also promote and run exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories for everyone. If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that's fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need through the NPLQ course to kickstart your lifeguarding career.
About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. As a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, you’ll be able to monitor the pool effectively, even during busy times.

* If not, we’re more than happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ with us.
You’ll be part of a fantastic team, but there will be times when you’ll need to supervise areas independently. Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are key to being a valuable team member.
